Covering the Hull
This was a time consuming part of the build, but I've got plenty of time!
I covered the whole hull in Balsa, then sanded it all down to make the joints flush. I then applied resin and fibreglass to the completed hull. You can the see the start of this process at the aft end.

I then turned my attention to the front radar dome. I used profiles to build up the shape and then applied ISOPON P45 car filler to make the shape.

I then covered all the fibreglass in P45 and sanded down the whole hull. In the photo below, you can see the resultant surface, and here I have started to position the prop shafts.
